Put it on and off I went. I have knock knees and didn't think this would work for me. Getting up from the couch feels easy again, and I'm standing straighter.
5 Reasons Golfers With Bad Knees Are Switching to Steadly

VerifiedUpdated 2 days ago
“I wore it for a full 18 holes and almost forgot I had it on. No bulky brace around my knee. I could just stay with the group and focus on my game again.” — John F.
1. It Targets The One Spot Taking The Pressure — Instead Of Wrapping Your Whole Knee
By the back nine, you feel it — hills, cart exits, those first steps after sitting. Sleeves and braces wrap the whole knee. That misses the point.
The force keeps hitting one spot below the kneecap. Same spot, every step. Steadly sits right there and changes where the force goes.
2. It’s Small On Purpose
Your first thought is obvious: “That little thing?” After bigger braces, small can look like a downgrade. It’s actually the advantage.
Less material. Less bulk. Most of your knee stays uncovered. Nothing extra you don’t need. Small isn’t the compromise. It’s the point.
3. It Stays Where You Put It — Hole After Hole
Ask any golfer what’s worse than knee pain. They’ll tell you — a knee sleeve that keeps sliding down mid-round.
Steadly fixed that.
Steadly’s adjustable strap stays in place. Walking doesn’t shift it. Hills don’t move it. It stays where you put it, from the first tee to the last.
4. It Helps You Keep Playing On Your Terms
Ken K. wore his for a full 18 holes. William J. kept his on from the first tee through the back nine.
Walking when you want. Staying with the group. Making the Friday game. Your head on the green, the club and your next shot.
5. More Than 52,000 People Have Already Chosen Steadly
More than 52,000 people have already made the switch. And the idea stays simple: one spot below the kneecap. Same spot, every step. Steadly changes where the force goes.
Less bulk. More freedom to move. More rounds, more Friday games, more time thinking about golf — not your knee.

The silicone pad works as advertised. I give it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the strap. It could be a little longer for bigger legs.
Only wore it a few days so far. It's the only knee support that stays in place for me. Very comfortable under my pants.
Had mine less than 24 hours. Gave one to my 84 year old dad and he went for a walk the same afternoon. Tip: place it two fingers below the kneecap.
I stopped dreading the stairs to my bedroom. I clip it on in the morning and forget it's there by lunch.
Easy to adjust with one hand. Took a day to find the right spot, now it feels natural.
Getting out of my recliner used to take a push and a groan. Now I just stand up.
I've tried the big sleeves. Too hot, too bulky. This one I actually wear every day.
Does what it says. Wish it came in more colors, black shows under light pants.
Gardening again on Saturdays. Kneeling down and getting back up feels normal again.
Bought one for each knee. Walking the dog is a pleasure again instead of a chore.
Solid little strap. Took me a minute to figure out the right tightness, the instructions helped.
My daughter ordered it for me. I wear it on every trip to the grocery store now.
No bulk, no heat, stays put. Simple as that.
Comfortable and discreet. Shipping took a few days but it was worth the wait.
Wore it on a two-mile walk with my grandson and kept up the whole way.
Easy to put on even with arthritis in my hands. The clip is a smart design.
Took the stairs at church without holding the rail. My wife noticed first.
Good support for the price. I use it mostly on longer walks.
Stays in place, easy to clean, and I forget I'm wearing it.
Back to my morning walks around the lake. Glad I gave it a try.
Ordered a second one to keep in the car. That says enough.
Works okay for me. It's comfortable but I expected a bit more support on hills.
Simple, light, and it does its job. Recommended it to two friends already.
I was skeptical about something this small. It works, and I wear it every day now.
